Access Truck Parts – Limited Warranty

At Access Truck Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our limited warranty is designed to provide our customers with confidence in the products we sell while ensuring that warranty claims are handled fairly and efficiently.

Warranty Coverage

Access Truck Parts warrants to the original consumer purchaser (“Purchaser” or “You”) that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the applicable warranty period listed below:

  • Water Pumps: 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Water Cannons: As per manufacturer’s warranty or 12 months from the date of purchase
  • All Other Items: 90 days from the date of purchase

During the applicable warranty period, any product that is determined by Access Truck Parts, in its sole discretion, to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced, or a refund may be issued at our option. You must pay all labor and shipping charges associated with this warranty unless otherwise authorized by Access Truck Parts.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not apply to any product that, in our sole judgment:

  • Has been subject to negligence, misapplication, misuse, abuse, or accident
  • Has been improperly installed, maintained, altered, or repaired without authorization
  • Has been damaged by external causes such as shipping damage, environmental conditions, or acts of nature
  • Has exceeded the applicable warranty period

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the instructions on our Returns Policy page.

In general, warranty claims require:

  1. Notification of the issue to Access Truck Parts as soon as a problem is discovered, and no later than the expiration of the applicable warranty period.
  2. Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Providing a complete explanation of the issue along with proof of purchase.
  4. Shipping the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided with the RMA authorization.

Access Truck Parts reserves the right to inspect and test any product submitted for warranty before approving any repair, replacement, or refund.

Limitation of Liability

ACCESS TRUCK PARTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONTINGENT DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN.
