Ordering from outside of the United States?

We have many customers like you that are looking to purchase parts from our website and ship internationally. Due to payment processor restrictions however, we are unable to accept credit card transactions from banks outside of the U.S. If you’ve tried to place an order and it’s giving you an “AVS Mismatch” or other error related to your billing address, this is most likely the case.

How can I pay for my order if my bank is outside the U.S.?

The majority of our international transactions are paid for by a direct wire transfer to our account. Once the funds clear on our end, we will ship your order.

Where do I ship my international order to?

This will depend on your location and shipping preferences, but generally our international customers have us ship their order to a freight forwarding service within the continental United States. We are only able to ship to locations serviced by UPS or LTL Freight.

How can I place my order?

Please give us a call at 602-437-6948, or send an email to sales@accesstruckparts.com and notify them that you are an international customer and need our wire transfer instructions. They will be able to help you with an estimate or pro-forma invoice as well if needed prior to the wire transfer.
